Shredding & E-Waste Event

Representative O’Mara and I are hosting this event on April 15 from 9 a.m. until noon at the Springfield Mall. This is a great and sustainable method to safely discard confidential material.

Constituents can also drop off certain electronics for E-Waste collection event.

We can accept most electronics, EXCEPT the items listed below:

1. Devices that contain freon (air conditioners)
2. Batteries
3. smoke/carbon monoxide detector

District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer’s Drug-Take-Back van will also be onsite for anyone who wants to safely discard unwanted prescriptions.

Food donations and toiletries will also be collected to support local food banks and those in need. Please consider donating.

Registration is required for E-Waste collection.
