Shredding, E‑Waste & Drug Take Back Event

I am hosting a free Shredding, E‑Waste & Drug Take Back Event with will take place in the Springfield Mall parking lot on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Paper of all types will be accepted. Bring your old bills, bank statements, credit card statements, medical documents, and other sensitive paperwork to be safely shredded. Limit three (3) boxes per vehicle.

Most electronics will be accepted, but devices containing freon, batteries, and smoke or carbon monoxide detectors cannot be collected. Registration is REQUIRED for e‑Waste recycling.

The Delaware County District Attorney Tanner Rouse’s Office will also be on‑hand with its Drug Take Back van for anyone wishing to safely dispose of unwanted, unused, or expired prescription medications.
