ADA Mini-Highs Temporarily Inaccessible at Swarthmore Station (Nov. 17–Nov. 26)
Beginning THIS Monday, November 17, the ADA mini-high platforms at Swarthmore Station will be temporarily inaccessible as SEPTA begins early construction work on the station’s ADA Modification Project.
The closure will last through November 26, a significantly shorter window than originally anticipated.
During this period, accessibility users are encouraged to utilize nearby stations with full access:
- Morton Station: 2 S. Morton Ave, Morton, PA
- Media Station: 309 Media Station Rd Media, PA
- Wawa Station: 1490 W. Baltimore Pike Media, PA
SEPTA will also install a temporary mini-high on-site to support riders who may still choose to board at Swarthmore. Please follow posted signage and allow extra time for travel.
