HARRISBURG, PA – SEPTEMBER 22, 2023 – Senator Tim Kearney (D-Delaware) today announced $4.9 million in grants for projects impacting the 26th Senatorial District, focused on victims’ services, protecting seniors, and more. The grants are awarded through the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) and are a mix of federal and state funding.

“It is vitally important that we support organizations that help survivors of domestic violence and child abuse, as well as programs that support our seniors and ensure their rights are protected,” said Senator Kearney. “The projects receiving this funding will help some of the most vulnerable people in our community rebuild their lives and invest in their futures, and that’s why I fought to secure this funding.”
